MK43 Mod 1 – (Conversion Kit available for all M60 variants) 100% backwards compatible with all pre-existing M60's. This Machine Gun is the newest and most advanced 7.62mm Assault Machine Gun in the world! The recent input from the United States Marines, Navy SEAL's and Army Special forces on the Product Improvement Program combined with the test and evaluation and design input from Special Tactical Services, LLC gives STS confidence to stand behind the MK43 Mod 1 built by U.S. Ordnance. All components and parts of the MK43 Mod 1 are built to exceed original mil-spec standards.

• Fail-safe reversible piston, positive-lock gas cylinder extension.
• Barrel changing handle does not block or impact sighting system.
• Lightweight, tubular, one-hand operated receiver mounted bipod designed with substantially increased strength.
• RIS forearm assembly for improved control and better heat protection and an adjustable pistol grip and integrated rail system for mounting laser and lighting systems.
• One piece milled aluminium feed tray cover with optional (RIS) rail interface system for mounting virtually any scope, night vision or electro-optic system available.
• Lightweight trigger assembly with ambidextrous safety switch.
• New flat spring on trigger assembly prevents accidental detachment of the assembly.
• Lightweight buttstock with hinged shoulder rest and improved buffer attachment mechanism provides fail-safe attachment of the buttstock to the receiver.
